Turkuaz Nacafi - Erik Zanetti

Human body and comfort

The centrality of the body is maintained at the meso scale and linked to comfort requirements, specifically heat, cooling, light and views. The concept of thermosensors is used to identify the surface regions for thermal comfort on the human body. For instance, heat thermosensors are situated in the abdomen, while cooling ones on the exposed skin.
